Frequently Asked Questions
What happened to my "new email indicator "on the homepage?
We recognize that this is a feature gap from your previous homepage experience. We are working with our development teams to restore this feature as soon as possible.
Where is my Calendar data?
If you had calendar information on AT&T Worldnet prior to the October 21st conversion, it is still available by clicking the Calendar Link that is present on your Classic Webmail Screen. Or you can click HERE or enter http//:calendar.worldnet.net in your browser. In addition, we are working to add a calendar link to the Advanced Webmail Screen as soon as possible, and will integrate the data into the homepage calendar in a future release.
Help pages displaying Error Messages.
Coincident with the October 21st launch, there were a number of Error Messages presented on our HELP pages. At this time, we believe these issues have been resolved. If you are still experiencing Error Messages within the HELP pages, please clear your cookies and refresh the page to see corrected view.
Where is my Stock Portfolio data?
SAs mentioned in the eTips Newsletter that was distributed prior to the October 21st Launch, only your basic stock information was moved to the new att.net home page. Your detailed portfolio information is still being held by SmartMoney, and we are working with SmartMoney to provide a process for you to access your stored portfolio data as soon as possible.
I can’t get the detailed maps that I used to?
We are working to restore the same level of search functionality that was available to you prior to 10/21/07.
What happened to "Features"?
The old set of AT&T Worldnet-only feature was changed with the October 21st Release. The features currently available to you are viewable in the Enhancements module of the new home page.
My email storage has not increased to 500 MB
All email boxes now have 500MB of storage; however, there are some mailboxes that show 25MB on the screen. This is a display issue, and your storage was increased but the view did not reflect the increase until email was received. As soon as you log-out, clear cache, and then receive new mail – your indicator should update to show the new storage limit.
What happened to my Webmail Drafts?
They have been stored to a folder called "Drafts" in your personal folders. All new drafts saved will go into the draft folder just as before.
The sign-in Options have been reduced
We recognize that there are several changes to the way you log-on to your portal and Webmail, when compared to the old procedures. In some case, these were unavoidable so that we continue to safeguard your privacy. In addition, we do recognize the need to streamline some screens and we are evaluating various solutions to improve the sign-in features on the new att.net.
MyATT/Personalized Content concerns
While we have introduced a large number of additional elements on the site, we do recognize that some of our customers feel that there is a "personalization/feature" gap from their previous homepage experience. We are investigating ways to bring some of those elements back to the new site.
